The Histogram is a very important ex-feature that is/was incredibly useful in indicating when the exposure was not long enough to capture the background sky-glow, or long enough to capture wide field nebulosity.
It has been replaced with an almost useless flat line that does not resemble a histogram, as shown by the symbol which activates it, it also does not indicate the relative intensity of the captured light source.
Bad Move.
Return the Histogram to being a Histogram !
