Please note that in order to connect, we need to assign a specific subnet to Seestar. This conflict is something we cannot modify on our end, but you are free to adjust it yourself.
Log in to the router's management interface, then go to Advanced Settings > Network Parameters > LAN Port Settings.
Change the LAN Port Settings to Manual, and set the IP address to a range other than 10.0.0.x.
Save the changes, then reboot the router, and it should be fixed.
