Sent in my Seastar for a replacement - Received nothing to date and No Answer From Support
Sorry to do this, but I have to get their attention somehow since they are ignoring me...
After receiving my Seastar s50 in November last year, it was apparent it was faulty. Over a month later and about 6 different conversations with various departments they finally gave me a shipping label to replace it late December, agreeing that either there is dust inside or the filter has become dislodged. It's now been sitting at their office since Wednesday last week with no one actually signing for it from DHL and no one replying to my emails, facebook messages etc.
I am about to log a dispute with PayPal because I am genuinely at a loss about what to do. As it stands, I am out of pocket hundreds with no product.
Genuinely so disappointed with the after sales support. If you are thinking of buying, my first recommendation would be don't and if you have to, buy it from a third party seller who will at least deal with ZWO on your behalf.
