Hello, I’m writing here because I’ve ordered a sweater s30 the 6th jan 2025, but still it’s not shipped. Order #80470 . I’m writing to the zwo official mails but they’re not replying. Can anyone from support tell me why and when it’ll be shipped? Thank you

Piervito96 They do not respond because it is the Chinese New Year there. Nothing will happen before the end of February.
