Copying error.

I have received the following error code when copying image files from my Seestar, ERROR CODE 0x80070570. This has been on two lunar RAW video files the first an 8Gb file and now a 13Gb file. I cannot delete the files, I cannot find help online about this and before I start probing with utility files I thought I would reach out to you guys and see if there is anything you recommend.

Muzza Our engineer has seen the log you sent, and it appears to be an issue with the USB drive. If it needs to be deleted, we can assist you remotely to remove it.
