I have reached out to support three times already, but I’m unfortunately not getting a response. I already paid for my ASIAIR, but the status on the website still lists my order as “processing”. Could you please refer back to my questions regarding order #80636 to confirm that my payment has been received and that my ASIAIR will be shipped soon?
