S30 Delayed Delivery

PreOrdered back in Nov 24, still waiting but what's worse is the lack of communication regarding its ETA... and now we have Chinese holidays looming large and although I am well aware of the potential for further delays, seems no one is willing to return my pleas to be better informed...

Anyone else experiencing similar delays and lack of clear and concise answers regarding the anticipated waiting period that was mid December 2024... we're beyond mid Jan 2025 now...

I sincerely hope that through the many avenues used in order to reach out to someone at ZWO, that a reply is forthcoming before the looms g holidays starting on Tuesday...

Nov 6 to Dec 10: Shipping in mid-February.
Nov 1 to Nov 6: Shipped.

I think pre-orders will ship according to this schedule:
Oct 31 pre-orders: Late December
Oct 31 - Nov 1 pre-orders: mid-January
Nov 2 - Dec 10 pre-orders: mid-February
New pre-orders: likely late March at the earliest

You ordered a day before me, so I'm guessing our units will ship sometime the middle of next month.
