Digital Don No, I never have to login. I keep the ZWO tab always open, since I have to wait for days for my posts to be approved and I only check it every every three days or so. It never asks me to login.

I have the same issue, I have always to enter my login data again when going to bbs.zwoastro.com or astroimg.com. The default settings in the browser (mainly Firefox) are set to allow automatic login, which works on all other websites.
Same here, the session only lives for one day or so. If I return the next day and do a reload I'm logged off. That's a bit annoying and I would appreciate if the session would last for a month or so instead of just one day.

Maybe your browser is in “private” or “in cognito” mode. Just a thought.
Support@Seestar Chrome and Firefox behave the same. I assume the lifetime of the cookie is too short.
Support@Seestar May be it has to do with my account type. I have this random user name which was chosen automatically and I cannot change it in my profile settings. Perhaps the session problem does not happen with 'normal' accounts. Why are there accounts with clear names chosen by their users and accounts with random names?

Yep, been that way. At least for me, Support@Seestar offered to change it for me since the website doesn't allow for that. The amount of bbs moderation this support forum requires is extreme.
