No, probably nothing of the things you suspected.
If you look at a star map like in Stellarium, you can see that exactly in that direction where the reflex at the bottom side appears there is the bright star Tejat (ยต Gem) slightly outside of your image frame.
I strongly suspect that light streak in your image to be a trace of that star, by internal reflection in the optical path.
Tejat has brightness of 2.85 mag.
The brightest star in your field is HD44252 with 8.3 mag, so Tejat is more than 100 times brighter.
