Unfortunately, it's not just ZWO. I ordered a Dwarf 3 in late September and it has just arrived now.
Same with me. At the end i got a reply, saying they are going to ship it in February. This was a preorder - but it is already available in Europe in the meantime. I'm with you - not really customerfriendly !
