ASIair no WiFi signal

I'm using ASIair+ for the last two years without any problem. Yesterday I tried to connect it to my home WiFi network through Ethernet cable but it was not connecting. I tried to reset the ASIair but since then it's WiFi signal is not showing on my android device. The ASIair starts normally and all lights including the WiFi LED also turns on and it also gives a beep sound but it's signal is not shown on the phone. I tried every trick but the problem persists. Ethernet port is also not working. My ASIair is totally inaccessible.
Can anyone help please?

L6m93p6d Hello. What software version are you using? We recommend that you do the following:
1 Long press Reset to reset Wifi
2 If method 1 does not solve the problem, it is recommended that you unplug the cable to turn off the power, wait for a while, and then re-power ASIAIR to see if the problem is solved.

PMTeam@ZWO What is the purpose of “wait for a while”? Is there a heat problem, an internal power regulation problem, or what?

Those steps might provide a workaround but how do they provide a solution?
