I can't get ZWO to issue me a code for registering so I can get an RMA for a camera repair which is under warranty.
Are you there ZWO???? Hope this is not a sign of things to come with them.
I have a $2k paperweight at this point.

Correct. I do not receive any email from ZWO directly. However I have emailed with Beaner and he actually got me a code to register but wondering how I will get the RMA. I am checking my case and it is still pending review. So I hope to see the RMA on the site, and directions on where to send the camera. ZWO20250216413856-US
