Hi, I have a couple of ASI2600MC cameras. How do I tell the age of them as I need to return one for repair and want to see if it’s under warranty? Can it be done from the serial number?
You can confirm this with your purchase date and invoice, we offer a 2 year warranty.
Tech@ZWO yes I have the invoices but how do you tell which camera is which? They look identical apart from a slight font change on the back.
m44dsw If you're sure you want to return it for repair, you can contact RMA at this email rma@zwoptical.com address and explain the situation at that time. If you can't tell the difference, you can provide both invoices and just send the one that needs to be repaired when the time comes. And provide the appropriate SN.
