A few issues observations S50 latest FW/SW.

In finding the sun I see the large fire ball go by the screen but the scope does not stop. Once it’s in the visual field it should stop and go back a bit then auto center it. Sometimes it goes back and finds it but doesn’t auto center I have to do that manually by hitting the auto center button. I would think this would be more automatics as it’s possible.

Did the horizontal calibration fine. When going back to objects with stars after looking at a planet etc the scope is out of focus which is understandable. Instead of trying to autofocus to get the stars in focus it just sits there on the target it goes to with very blurry light points and says scope might be blocked etc. I got this error with all targets last night. The fix was to hit the AF button where it focused in and out until the stars were in focus then after that it was solid on any target in view. What should happen is when it reaches a target it should AF first until it can see the stars. Now I need to do it manually it seems.

When using the compass in atlas mode it’s very shaky and jittery. Clearly ZWO is not using the gyroscope to assist. Look how smooth skyguide app is.

When the Sun appears on the screen, an option will pop up asking whether the target is centered. You can select "No." We usually center it automatically, but there may be some slight deviation, so you may need to manually center it.
It’s not necessary to manually focus every time, but focusing on the stars in the frame before shooting is key to finding the target. As long as the image is in focus, you don't need to do anything. However, if the situation you mentioned occurs, you will indeed need to perform autofocus (AF).
I recommend placing the device on a stable surface or recalibrating the compass.

Same issue as mentioned in #1.

Maybe the software is now optimized for the S30 that has a larger FoV and that's why S50 will not auto-center the Sun or the Moon?

As I saw, hitting "No" for the question "Is the Sun in the center?" will not solve the problem, neither re-targeting it. After closing telescope arm and re-execute GoTo the Sun, it does the same, puts the half Sun in the upper left corner...

The issue of not being centered can occur, but most of the time, the object should be centered when the GoTo function is used. If the object is not centered, it could be due to compass calibration or time discrepancies.

If you don't move the panel or cancel goto while looking for the target, the target will be centered when Seestar finds it, otherwise it may not be centered.

Support@Seestar I've observed something similar. Especially in the event of a planned catch, it happens that the objects are not centered. This limits the use of planned sessions.

What I also observe is that in previous versions of the Seestar software, the shutdown was north. The Seestar no longer does this in the current software version. Can I teach the Seestar again?
