Temma 3 mount connection problems with ASIAIR PLUS

I'm new to the forum and noticed a post similar to this in 2022 but did not see clear resolution. I can connect to my Temma 3 with ASIAIR Plus version 2.3 - It "sees" the Mount (although it calls it Temma 2) - gives location - but I cannot slew manually or otherwise -

I see what looks like zero on sliders on left but I do not see how to change this. I've been able to move the mount successfully using hand controller and using Sky Safari Pro but I want to use ASIAIR as it is controlling all of my other ZWO accessories

I disconnect the Temma Hand controller to avoid any comm issues there. Is there a fix for this issue or something I am missing?

vmaniola Hello. If your ASIAIR does not shut down after the problem occurs, please upload the error log to us.
In addition, we recommend that you adjust the speed through the handle controller and then control the movement of the Temma 3 through ASIAIR to see if it works. We look forward to your feedback.

Hooking up hand controller worked / I can skew manually - thank you.

I have this setup inside for troubleshooting - the tracking light is red and when I tap it says disabled. Do I need to polar align / plate solve for tracking to be enabled ?

vmaniola Hello. If your ASIAIR is not turned off after the problem occurs, please send us the log. We will check the log to see why the tracking cannot be turned on. In addition, we also recommend that you try to turn on the tracking through the hand controller. Thank you.
