I've had many successful nights with my S30, including 2 hours of data just last night on Markarian's Chain. I use the same spot in my yard every night, no variations.
Suddenly tonight, nothing but problems.
No target would stack more than 30 seconds despite at least 10 min on each target. Most targets refused to stack at all. Continuous messages of "star trails found" and this is with zero cloud cover.
For the targets that did stack data, it would show the image after the first 10 seconds, then the stars would "shift" slightly and there would be doubles or triples of the same star in the stacked image:
I restarted and calibrated the Seestar multiple times. As I mentioned, tonight was just like the two
dozen successful sessions before it, except for these problems. Some help please!!
