ASI585MM Not Recognized on Windows 10

I just bought the new 585MM planetary camera this past weekend at NEAF and just tried to test it on my laptop. Neither Firecapture or the ZWO USB AMCap software recognizes the camera. I then downloaded the latest driver from the ZWO web site and it still does not show up. The cable is connected properly and I even tried another cable to confirm that the cable that came with the camera is fine. It does show up on the Bluetooth and other device screen but not in the device manager

My windows 10 laptop works perfectly for my ASI462MC, 290MM, 178MM, 224MC. So why is the 585MM different? Do I have to upgrade to Windows 11 to get it to work?

The PC has been recognized, but you need to install a driver.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I downloaded the new direct show driver as you suggested and the 585MM started working with AMCap but not FireCapture. I then redownloaded the latest FireCapture version and it finally recognized the 585MM. I also confirmed that the 462MC is still working with both AMCap and FireCapture. I have been avoiding upgrading to Windows 11 and glad everything still works on 10. I look forward to using this camera during the next planet season!
