I can't find any object in the sky after calibrating my device a couple of times. I wasn't using the equatorial mode but the green button was on in the power indicator. I had never happened to me before. It was after this firmware update 4.43. Any solution? Thanks beforehand.
My Seestar S50 does not find any object after the update of firmware 4.43
Check the advanced setings for mount type. If the LED is green then it thinks it is in EQ mode. Switch it back to Alt/AZ mode and retry.
How it got into EQ mode is another matter.....
