Connecting my ASI585pro to a USB3 port of my Windows laptop, via a good USB cable, the software ASICap see the 585 camera connected via USB2, not USB3, with the result that the max frame rate is 2 fps vs. the expected 20 fps.
Even in the device manager, the USB embedded in the camera is seen as a "generic USB HUB", not a USB3 HUB.
How can I solve?
