I have a repair request in to ZWO (USA I believe) for my ASI294MC Pro. I have established some level of communication with them via the website, but it is not obvious to me if I have a “go ahead” to ship the item. No phone number, no email address. I’d like to get my camera in the repair queue soonest, but do not want to jump the gun and have it get lost in their mailroom. Any pointers would be welcomed.
