Hi, I did all that and much more, but nothing worked. In the end, I uninstalled version 2.50 of the app and reinstalled the old version 2.40. It's not perfect, but I've certainly had far fewer problems than version 2.50. I've also never been able to exceed 20" subs, so 30" or even 60" seem like a joke to me. I think the device simply isn't ready for subs larger than 20", because beyond that, you'll see star trails, it rejects half or more of your captures, and we definitely can't enjoy our equipment and our hobby like that. So I'm asking, WHEN WILL THERE BE A NEW UPDATE THAT FIXES ALL THESE PROBLEMS? And please, we don't want phrases like "we're working on it," we want solutions. Thanks.
