pPl241iR On android you can enable Developer Options and then go to Settings - Developer Options - Running services.
Do this after you've closed all recent apps, and dismissed all notifications and you should see only core system apps, your Messaging app, maybe Maps (if you have location sharing turned on), and stuff like step trackers.
But now, the Seestar app is there too, for no good reason. It shows as running 1 service (ConnectService) with Seestar icon, and 3 processes,
