I am experiencing frequent disconnection issues between the ASIAIR and my iPhone. Although the WiFi link remains active, the ASIAIR app fails to detect or connect to the device.
I have tested both 5G and 2.4G WiFi bands. Station mode is off. The AM3 mount is connected to the ASIAIR via Bluetooth.
My setup includes the ASI585MC Pro as the main camera and the ASI662 as the guide camera. The ASIAIR, mount, and cameras are powered by three separate 12V power supplies.
The disconnection seems to occur randomly. When it happens, I am able to restore the connection by pressing the WiFi button on the ASIAIR to reset the wireless link.
This issue is becoming quite frustrating. Is there any log file—either from the ASIAIR app or the ASIAIR device itself—that I could provide to help troubleshoot this issue?
