Hello, This issue has been happening over the last 2 months, about 90% of the time and it is time to get other's opinions as I can not reliably take bin 1 images. Bin1 and Bin3 are "missing" every other pixel. Bin2 and Bin4 look great. The current configuration is Camera -->> Pegasus Power Box Gen2 USB port -->> new 3 meter USB Cable (USB 5Gbps (USB 3.0, USB 3.x Gen 1, Superspeed)) -->> New BMax mini computer, USB3 port.
In summary, over the last 2 months, I have tried connecting USB directly from Camera to Computer, Camera to Pegasus to Computer (switched out 3 different cables), switched out computer.
Cooled to 0C (in NM), Gain 100, Offset 50.
