EFW-S 5x2" works on Windows, but not recognized on Asiair

Hello,
My EFW-S 5x2" works fine under Windows. But it's not recognized under my Asiair Plus or Asiair Mini.
Any ideas?

It doesn't work on any of the Asiair Minis. Nor on the Asiair Plus (USB 2 and USB 3), even after changing the cable... EAF works, ASI6200, ASI120 are fine, no problem with the USB ports. It's recognized under Windows and works, for example, with Nina...
But nothing with the Asiair.

7Fj9xYnz Where did you purchase the EFW? if you have tried different USB cables, it may need to ship the seller for inspection.

7Fj9xYnz BTW, does this problem happens when you use the EFW first time? or it works fine for som time and the problem appears recently.
