Camera/mount lost connection in Asiair 2.4, 2.41 and 2.33

Hi, I’m having a problem with my ASIAIR and the new version 2.4 (also 2.41 Beta 10 as well as the previous 2.33 build).

After a few minutes, the main camera, mount, and EAF randomly disconnect. The only way to make it work again is by rebooting the ASIAIR, but after a few minutes or hours, the issue happens again. No problems with cables... i need ognly to reboot via software.

I see a popup that says "Device Change, (camera/mount ecc) lost connection, please re-plug in and connect manually"

Please download and install the latest official version v2.4.1 from the app store to ensure you’re on the most stable build.
Check your power supply. Could you let us know how you are powering the ASIAIR and what model of power adapter you’re using? An unstable power source could cause random device disconnections.
When the issue happens, please don’t reboot immediately. Instead, upload a log first so we can analyze it and see what’s happening in the firmware.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I currently have version 2.4.1 and I also tried going back to 2.33, but the issue persists.
The ASIAIR is powered by a 10A power supply. I’ve never had this kind of problem before updating.
Could you remind me where I can download the log from?
