Do plans syncs across devices?

I’d like to create my plan on my iPad with the bigger screen. Then, I’d like to take my smaller phone outside to set up the Seestar and then execute the plan. But, the plan doesn’t sync to my phone. Is this correct behavior or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Make sure your iPad is connected to the internet and log in to your Seestar community account when creating the plan. Then, on your phone, log in to the same community account again. The plan will sync when you log in with the same account.

I am unable to sync plans across devices (iPhone and iPad). Both are connected to the internet and logged into my seestar account. The seestar is off. I create a plan on my phone and it doesn’t appear on my iPad. Does it take a certain amount of time before the sync occurs? Do I have to do something else like log out and back in again? Please advise.

Update: It’s been about 2 hours and the plan still has not synced. Both devices are still logged into the seestar app.

Delete the plan and try creating it again.

I have created and deleted and recreated several plans and they do not sync. I do notice that several hours they may be synced, and I do say may be, but I haven’t figured out exactly what series of steps will force the sync.

Perhaps you could put together a short video showing how you get plans to sync. Thank you.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I tested using two phones, and the plan information can be synchronized.
However, you need to have an Internet connection when creating the target and when switching devices. But there is no requirement to be connected to the Seestar for this synchronization.
