Fivos The 4K resolution is achieved through software-based enhancement and is currently only supported in live view — it is not available in post-stacking.
At the moment, the drizzle is fixed at 2x and does not support custom scaling like 1.5x. This feature has not yet been implemented.

Trying to upgrade my app on my Redmi Pad SE...
until i used 2.5 all goes ok, now Play Store tells me that this app will not run on
my device and will be not more compatible with my device ???
You know why ??
Because the 4K resolution or other things ?
Have you a list of compatibles Android tablets ? I bought mine only
few months ago and now seems that i have to buy new one ....

Trying to update the app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 lite SM-A166B Tablet from the Google Play store, it says 'This tablet isn't compatible with this app' !!!!!! What's going on, it works with the previous version 2.5, does that mean we all have buy new hardware to run this app. My Samsung is running Android 14 the latest version come on ZWO get it working on all platforms before you release an update......

Looks like 2.6 is no longer tablet compatible. If intentional, it would be a bummer. Hope it is just a bug.

3AC9bx99 try to download through your pc, and tranfer the .apk with the usb cable onto your tablet.
Then install it... i did so and it worked well.

i downloaded the .apk from the site VIA GOOGLE DRIVE but my tablet won't download and/or install it ...
So i've downloaded it from the site in my pc, transferred the .apk file via usb cable and FINALLY installed correctly on my tablet !!

And viola, app magically becomes compatible.

Yes, had to download .apk file from ZWO site and transfer to tablet with USB cable. Then install it from there. Not a good start with new software update.

When will a tablet compatible version 2.6 available on Google Play Store? I’am not allowed to load .apk’s from other platforms than Google Playstore.

Brille you have to 'allow' external downloaded apps to install in your tablet preferences, so you can load and install .apk from other sources

Sorry but I don't download from sites that I cannot read. All zwo apps have been removed from playstore so if you uninstall there will be no old, existing app to re-install.

So, you assume that .apk on ZWO site which is primary source is somehow less secure than PlayStore copy? Funny 😂

P1x26Yb4 no apps weren't removed from Store... these apps are still in Google Play ( i see them and can update them correctly in my Xiaomi 15 Ultra) , but for some reasons in many tablets you cannot (for now i think) update the app. So the most common simple way to do it is to download the app from the manufacturer's site (ZWO in this case) directly, and put it in the tablet, then install without problems.
I'm sure that they have some bug with Play Store..

The link was to a different Chinese website than the official zwo site, big difference there.
The link within the app to the zwo apk is non-responsive to download as well as reports that download is disabled due to too many recent downloads.
