Seestar S50 can't save images after manual deletion via PC

Hi, I recently connected my Seestar S50 to my computer and manually deleted some image files from its internal storage. Since then, the device is unable to save new images — it seems like the storage is either corrupted or inaccessible.

Is there a way to reinstall the factory software or perform a full system reset beyond the basic Wi-Fi reset? I’ve already tried the Wi-Fi reset button and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Could you let us know more details about what kind of changes or deletions were made when the issue started?
If you performed a format operation on the device's internal storage from your computer, please make sure you format it using the exFAT file system. Using other formats may cause the device to malfunction or be unable to access storage properly.

Only I deleted the folders. The video registration is OK.

The problem solved! Firmware version: 5.34

Change the image storage path from the phone album to the Seestar album, in the solar system mode and the scenery mode.
