j'ai été obligé de mettre à jour mon asiair plus le 27 novembre 2025
résultat nuit d'observation à l'observatoire gâché le live view ne marchait plus.
c'est pénible car la ne voulais pas la mise à jour car je redoutais un plantage . et c'est exactement ce qui c'est produit.

Updates to apps on your device are controlled by your device. If the App updates - it then updates the firmware on the ASIAIR since they are, technically, a matched set.

Make sure you turn off auto-update of the ASIAIR App on your device.
For Android: Go the Play Store, then go to the ASIAIR App page, tap on the triple dot menu in the top right, then untick "auto update".
For Apple: Unfortunately, Apple don't let you turn of auto-update for just one app. You have to turn off auto-update for all apps (either via the App Store app or in Settings).

If you want to downgrade then you can:

So downgrade the app-firmware then using the links I mentioned in my post and then turn off auto-update.

I am having exactly the same problems since upgrading to ver 2.4.2 with AsiAir Pro when attempting to connect with my AZ-EQ6 GT Mount. Fail to Operate and Mount Disconnected. Please Check the Mount Cable or Network Connection Status.
The network connection is fine, Serial Connection, Baud 9600. Really Annoying.

So, if you were paying attention:, you would know:

the last stable version was 2.3.3, released last May;
Back in June ZWO issued a version 2.4 quickly followed by a public apology for the bugs created;
despite four beta versions ZWO added a bucnh of new features but also broke a lot of functions that previously worked perfectly well;
- ZWO has not fixed the bugs, ie what they broke.

The intriguing part is that it could possibly be a deliberate ploy to lock users in to an all-ZWO ecosystem, as it appears those using small rigs on AM3/AM5 think it works, yet for anyone else its effectively unusable.

The instructions on how to revert to 2.3.3 are available in section 21 of ASIAir: The Missing Manual.

Well I use this 2.4.2 version. and I have no issues anymore. I find it a very stable version. Before I had lots and lots of network disconnection issues, focussing and guiding problems. Now I am very happy with this version. Unfortunately some people keep having issues.

In live mode when doing creating darks or flats. The screen flashes and stays black does not give an image of the current or completed flat or dark. Have to go to the image library and view to see if it looks OK. This was the case with the last version and still is in the latest 2.4.4 version. Never used to be that way..
