Is itvpossible to use the 5x2 EFW with the 585mc? There diagram doesn't work.

I've recently recieved a filter wheel (5x2) and after looking at there recommendations on how to attacht it, theres a problem. It sais to mount directly to the camera. And they supply a 54 to 42 adaptor. After the efw it sais to use the t2 adapter that is 54male to 48 female. Heres where the problem starts. It says to attach the 11mm spacer from the camera but that is only 42 female. So it seems there needs to be a way to go from that t2's 48 female to the 11mm 42 female. Am I missing something?

Tech@ZWO ok thanks for the reply. I'll look into options. Im considering adding a rotator soon. With my current setup what would be the recommended setup? Just curious if I'll run into any unforseen issues such as the one I'm currently facing.

Lazy Astronomer This depends on what configurations you currently have available. If you don't have an OAG, you can use the second method.

Tech@ZWO after reviewing the diagram it seems that in order attach the efw to the tilter i would need to use the t2 adapter that comes with the tilter. Which is 42mm on both ends it says. Also need to step up to attach to the efw, plus all that adds up to 57mm . It would be 55mm if the tilter t2 wasn't needed but I don't see how to go from the tilter to the 54mm efw? I'm guessing I'm missing something here or I'm looking at the wrong tilter (if there are multipal I don't know.)

Lazy Astronomer Are you referring to the extra 2 millimeters between the T2 and EFW? They are not connected by threading but by screws, so there is no extra 2 millimeters.I've sent you the tutorial on connecting the EFW screw to the camera.
