My time setting is set to automatic. The region is Japan (Tokyo), and the time is correct.

Hi, we didn’t see any information in your logs. May I ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? After testing, we found that the only cause of this issue is when the phone’s system time is changed during shooting. We didn’t find any other reasons.
