ASIAir Plus 256GB crashes or locks up

Starting just a few minutes ago, the ASIAir app either crashes or locks up when trying to see my active plan. I enter plan mode then select the list button below "Plan". When I try this on my M4 Mac mini running the iPad app, it immediately crashes. I tried restarting the Mac and power-cycling the ASIAir. When I try it on my iPad, it locks up and I have to abort the app.

I tried upgrading from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2 and updating the firmware from 12.35 to 12.55, but the behavior is exactly the same.

My scope is at Starfront Observatories and other ASIAir users there are seeing the same symptom. It doesn't seem like it would be a network issue because of when it occurs,

I had the same problem attempting to enter plan mode (the iOS App closes) with 2 separate ASIAir Plus last night (one is a 256GB, while the other is an older Plus). The program also freezes (but does not close) when attempting to find a target in Preview mode. Both were fine after a firmware update August 30. Otherwise, I was able to focus, polar align, communicate with main and guide cameras, filter wheel, mount (AM5s) without problems.
Any help or thoughts on fixes would be most appreciated. Thanks K

Z0J7QjTN On the Facebook ZWO ASIAIR page, ZWO posted to say that the issue was resolved. This was not done via an update but appears to be something related to their servers, though they did not explain themselves what the nature of the issue or the resolution were.
Mine works again this morning but last night was lost due to this issue and there are no clear skies forecast again for the foreseeable
