Hi i have two 2600mmpro. I have some issues with one of them because I can’t reach the temperature I’m waiting for. It gets stuck along the way, even with the cooler at 100%. Example: with 20º in my backyard is not possible reach to -10 and if i want to -5º the cooler gets high to 85 or 90%. Is there any problem with the camera? maybe the fan?
jandruss Do you have the anti fog heater turned on? This affects the low temperature capability.
1.Test with different 12V power supplies 2.Test the camera in ASIStudio-ASICAP on windows, set 10s exposure time, then provide the cooling graph and the ambient temperature. 3.Update to the latest versions of ASIStudio driver.
