Cooling Failed

Using Astro Photography Tool (APT) as the imaging software. The cooling is now failing when trying to cool my ASI2600mc. Updated the driver using ZWO_ASI_Cameras_driver_Setup_V3.24 and not only does cooling fail but the response time in the live view, in APT, seems to take a few seconds to show up. Before the response time was almost immediate.
The cooling fan is running; I try to reach -12C when outside temp is 20C. Never had problems before with similar temperature.
Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi.You have set the temperature to -20; what is the lowest temperature it can cool down to?
Please you download ASIStudio to test the camera cooling

1.Test with different 12V power supplies
2.Test the camera in ASIStudio-ASICAP on windows, set 10s exposure time, then provide the cooling graph and the ambient temperature.

I've never set the 'cooling' lower than -12c. As stated, I've never had any issue with it reaching -12c when the outside temperature was 20c. That is why I was asking the question.

I will try your suggestion and post the results when completed.

BTW I have the camera plugged into an electrical outlet running from my house.

ZWOKenn It would be even better if you have another power cable to use for testing.After you complete the test, I will analyze whether an RMA is necessary. Please also let me know the ambient temperature and the temperature curve, and send me the screenshots of these (details).

How do I get the 'temperature curve'?

Also is there a way to have the font size of ASI Studio larger, it is very small and difficult to read on my monitor.
