Can't connect to \\seestar over the network

Hello, after the last update, I can no longer download files through the \seestar directory, it doesn't load and I can't access the photos I take, I can't go to the seestar s50 often, please fix the problem, I want to reset the device to see if it will have an effect but I don't know how?

Hello, I sent you a log from the Seestar application, can I install, delete the application and return the previous version (Seestar version 2.6.1), will this be a problem for the Seestar s50? If you tell me how to format or hard reset, I can try to solve the problem.

The problem is solved, support helped me by sending me instructions. In PowerShell, log in as administrator and use these commands:
Set-SmbClientConfiguration -EnableInsecureGuestLogons $true
Set-SmbClientConfiguration -RequireSecuritySignature $false
