Support@Seestar At first I was encouraged by your prompt response. But now the silence is deafening. I have heard nothing since a short email sending me a link to the wrong beta version.
I hear rumours from Facebook groups that the beta testers are not finding much improvement in the star-streaking phenomenon. I am feeling discourage by those rumours and your inaction and nonresponsiveness adds to my depression.
I continue to use the S30Pro, but it is very frustrating having to discard about 20-30% of the exposures because they simply are like a still camera without the ability to track stars. When the device is tracking properly the images are excellent. But surely this cannot be how this is going to behave going forward? Is it???
Please send me a beta that will run on an iPhone and I will share some analyses of continuous or NINA acquired data to help you figure out what the heck is going on.
