We’ve been posting on the dedicated forum for weeks, yet none of your colleagues have replied; in fact, due to this indifference, some users are even promoting competitor products. That doesn't strike me as a good attitude on ZWO's part. I wouldn't have taken the liberty of writing here otherwise, but version 3 is full of bugs and no one is providing an answer.

Been away a while. Just curious, why is this thread still in use? V3.2 is long gone. Why are unrelated posts being made? Obviously not a big deal, but very weird. Should be locked and unpinned.
