R0k9pZfT Live mode, image isn't always displayed (downloaded) until after second image is taken and stacked. Prior to 3.0, the first image would always be displayed in Live mode. Bug BT20260722475658A.

I've found this behavior happens about 50% of the time so far. Very annoying.

Sorry. I'm not sure which issues you're referring to. (Edit: All good. It looks like you're going back through a load of older posts).
I was simply wondering if we can still access the Logger file like in the current app? The file you get from holding down the ASIAIR Logo when the app loads up.
No stress if it's not an option anymore.

I'll have another go with the latest Beta when the weather clears again and send through any bug reports in the app again.

PS. The pressure just shot up here and cleared the clouds unexpectedly. Tonight is looking like it's on for testing. If there's any suggestion for how to make use of the new CAA feature, now's the time to speak up.

Probably unlikely. My TEC failed and I've disassembled my gear to send in the camera. And your US repair center is closed until the end of August, so probably six weeks at least! I'll miss much of the summer--unless you can arrange a replacement instead of waiting for a repair shop to reopen.

Yes you can, there is an “Easter egg”.
On the first page at bottom right press the icon “me”.
This opens the page below. At top left there is a round icon
“Log in”.
Tap that icon and hold your finger on it. If it turns dark, stay there and it should extract the logs to an email you can send to Tianfeng or Luffy Liu - if you have their addresses.

If that icon doesn’t turn dark - it is certainly fiddly - lift your finger and tap again, it usually takes me 2-3 attempts.

We recommend using the same settings in Preview mode to check the image first and verify whether your exposure settings are appropriate. It’s possible that the image is being overexposed because of the current sky conditions.

Thankyou for the suggestion. I definitely won't be guiding at 0 gain and only used the above example to show how many stars are actually available on the 220. Other gain settings produce similar results with far fewer stars available on a muted background while guiding.

Is there a reason why the guide screen shows an almost black screen with hardly any stars available when compared to the same exposure in preview mode? Is it a software setting to help with hardware limitations?

starlancer If you’ve upgraded to ASIAIR 3.0 on either Android or iOS and want to downgrade to an earlier version, you’ll first need to reset the firmware to its factory settings in ASIAIR 3.0 before installing the official release.

It happened to me maybe 3 nights out of 2 weeks I was testing it. If I manage to reproduce it I will send you the logs.

I think the cause is that it slews close to the meridian, and maybe because of some mispointing, it accidentally crosses the meridian and triggers the flip. If this is a possibility, I would suggest you to only trigger the flip if the final pointing (not the plate solved one) is past the meridian.

heyjp Hi, When adding your device to Telescope Network, you can select the remote location where it’s located. You can also change the remote location after the device has been added.

When you connect remotely and open the Imaging page, the app will use the local time zone of the selected remote location.

Thanks! I had been confused with the button-flow to add my two remote scopes to Telescope Network. Now have them entered. And, yes, seems to be handling time zones for both scopes well! Great!! Thank you!
