If2lC64I I have the same Problem...
Well, with things like this, look at what changed.
In this case, installing version 3.0. Try downgrading to a known good version such as 2.1.2 or 2.3.3 and see if the issue goes away again. If it does, you know what (not) to do.
Luxo thanx for your help - with 2.5.2 it works!
If2lC64I I did the same: reverting back to Asiair 2.5.2 with firmware 13.41 - problem solved 😊
At least ZWO did acknowledge 3.0 caused issues and officially provided a rollback/ downgrade to 2.5.2 (something users have been doing for ages on their own with individuals hosting past APK files for Android while Apple users had to pay for iMazing to do so).

Luxo I have been investigating this issue and I have found that the problem is related to the ASIAir Mini USB connection. If I capture directly to the internal memory, everything works fine. If I use any kind of pen drive ( have tried with 3 different pen drives, one quite fast ) to capture, it eventually fails. This happens connecting the drive directly to the Mini or the camera. This didn't happen in the past; it is something recent. I still need to try downgrading the software to verify if it's something related to version 3.0.0 or if it's a hardware issue.
minimoto71 So I have been trying the same configuration with my ASIAir Plus and everything works as expected. So it seems that the problem is that the ASIAir Mini USB 2.0 connection can't handle both the ASI2600MC Duo and a pendrive at the same time, or at least just for a while. I have used this config previously and had an issue a while ago with the ASI2600MC Duo disconnection in a previos software iteration. That problem was solved but seems it has returned in version 3.0.0 or may be the USB 2.0 in the Mini is no longer enough. Anyway, I will have to use the internal memory and eventually move to something more powerful to use this camera with my 2nd rig ( another ASIAir Plus or maybe a SynLink ).
minimoto71 SynLink ... no. Not yet, anyway. They have a long way to go yet before it's useable by mainstream users. There's ToupTek, if you're feeling brave.

Luxo Yes, I have been reading your comments during the last month at Cloudy and it seems it's not ready for the "prime time" yet. I think I will use the AA+ I already have with my Askar 65PHQ+Skywatcher Wave 150i during the planetary season with the Celestron C14+Skywatcher EQ8-R Pro ( there I use INDIGO A1+Laminar ) and will buy a new controller ( AA+ or the Synlink if it matures enough when I finally make the purchase ). The Mini failed again last night and this time without any pendrive attached. I guess paring the ASI2600MC Duo with this little device wasn't a good idea.
