Results connecting to RPI3 (rpi-update was done as well), with everything running as user, and the 99-asi.rules and 99-efw.rules in the /etc/udev/rules.d folder:
- ASI1600mm-c connects
- ASIefw - connects
- ASI224mc-c - FAILS: 2017-05-18T11: Error connecting to the CCD (5)
This is using:
- indiweb server
- latest KStars/Ekos/INDI
- Ubuntu-mate image posted below
Is there a firmware check or such to do on the ASI224? Since it all works for you, there is something wrong with what I have here.
