FRANCE(sorry for my bad english)

samsung TAB 7

nexstar evolution wit or without wedge

canon eos 750D or eos 70D

all work fine (connect , guiding etc ....)

but .....

fot the same target

1==> with asiair connect

canon (preview and more with ....focus !!!! throug asiair) is awful too worst

and i do the same (exactly the same ) with backyard eos via usb

or eos utility via usb or ....

Android dslr controler via USB (eos ===samsung tab)

the result is perfect

why throug asiair its so badddd ????

the apps itself with zwo 224 (main) its very good

but i have tried with other device

as samsung tab 10 , s6

same result and can't use .....the "focus screen")

If you can take some screenshots and post, it would be very helpful. The 750D or 70D DSL, we have been tested them and works good.

#1 Added to the to-do list. But need more time to make it.

#2 In Autorun Mode, you can customize the exposure time. Just tap the icon near the exp drop list box in Autorun Settings page.

Hi ZWO :)

I have ASIAIR and EFW with ZWO LRGB set which is not parfocal on my telescope. And I want to buy EAF.

Does ASIAIR have ability to set EAF position for each filter in EFW and move EAF to the desired position when filter changes?

The orientations depend on the reference.

Any plans to support Sony e-mount cameras like the A7 series? Being able to control the camera via ASIair is a terrific function.

Already on the to-do list, but net planned the date yet.

Hello there, when you are using the ASIAIR you don't need to use the StarSense( I guess you are using the PA function, right?), ASIAIR has the PA function, so you can use your NexStar HC with ASIAIR.

Hello there, when you are using the ASIAIR you don't need to use the StarSense( I guess you are using the PA function, right?), ASIAIR has the PA function, so you can use your NexStar HC with ASIAIR.

After fighting with things a bit more this morning I was able to get the mount to operate with the StarSense HC. I have to wait for the mount to boot up before plugging it in. Plug it in and do an alignment on the HC, I just use the quick alignment, then the ASiair will see the mount. Still nothing on my Canon EOS M50.

Just figured I would add a little more. The ASiair does not connect to my StarSense HC consistently, there is no standard set up that allows it to work every time. Also I get the mount moving before I even open the application. So I would say there are some issues with the NexStar driver that is being used. Mine works well with AstroTelescope on my Mac, and it also works correctly on StellarMate. Also both of these support the Canon M50 cameras as well.

Okay, I think we need to do more development on the StarSense, your working steps will be helpful.

One more thing, are you using the newest firmware of the StarSense?

BTW, the Canon M50 does not support yet.

Yes it has the latest firmware on the StarSence HS.
