With the pro I connect the usb ti HC without issues
Can't connet my Celestron AVX with ZWO ASIAIR Plus
- Edited
So you say connection is unstable. Does this mean it connects sometimes or not at all?
Is the AVX new?
Have you updated the mount and hand controller firmware since you bought the mount?
How do you have ALL your equipment connected and powered?
I use a power tank with AVX and a battery for Asiair when on field
I use the power supply 220-12v when at home, one for each device
Usb cable of a couple of meters with “gold” connector directly from HC to AAP
I'm assuming you tried the method in this video:

9600 baudrate if I well remember

If your mount is new please check the attached thread. It may be the HC chipset. This is why I asked you the question in the first place

andybutt thanks buddy. It's new mount with Mini USB B to USB 2.0
If I am not wrong then it's for ASIAIR PRO. It had the issue and AVX users needed to overwrite Pro OS. ZWO said they had resolved this issue in ASIAIR Plus. That's why I decided to go for Plus.
Other person who is talking to me from ZWO USA said update to 2.1.1 10.74 but on Play store they still have 2.1 10.74 I am expecting his reply.
If he recommend to update OS then I'll go for it. Till then

andybutt Play store has 2.1, App Store has 2.1.1
Yes, they had to fix a bug in their iOS app that was apparently not present in the Android version.
The firmware payload for ASIAIR 2.1.1 did not change from ASIAIR 2.1 (notice that it does not nag you to update firmware when you update from 2.1 to 2.1.1).
Since it is firmware related, if a mount does not work with 2.1, it will still not work with 2.1.1.

Finally we had to talk to Celestron. They asked to update firmware and it got connected
