How to connect a 10-micron GM2000 to ASIAIR PLUS

Hi, I get many difficulties controlling my GM2000 mount by Asiair.
I am using a USB-RS232cable.
GM2000 HC is set in LX200 basic (COMEC 10micron not working at all).
Unable to command the mount using direction buttons and speed slider.
I need to use skyatlas to initiate a GOTO.
Plate solving is sometimes successfull, sometimes not.
Unable to calibrate guiding and to use guiding.
Unable to control tracking or park/unpark from Ipad
I would be very interested to get the settings if someone uses asiair control successfully.

Not sure about the mount control but not being able to plate solve is usually due to a very long focal length or an exposure that is not long enough and you are attempting to plate solve on noise. What kind of scope and camera do you have? Not being able to calibrate guiding is due to the Air not being able to communicate with the mount.

Hello, I use a 1200 mm A&M 153@f/8 scope and a ZWO2400MM camera.
Perhaps, I should do the first plate solving on a large object such as NGC7000 to get it and then try other GOTO?

ASIAIR, although never admitiing it, uses astromtery.net code to perform Plate Solving. Astrometry.net uses asterisms of stars for performing Plate Solving. It neither recognizes nebulas nor planets -- in fact, the presence of those objects are detrimental to the SNR of the stars.
