I have the exact same problem on my iPad. I’ve deleted the App four times, multiple resets on the S50 wifi, turned everything off and on multiple times, allowed everything. The reset button second push says it’s connected but it is not. I’m considering boxing it up and returning it, it’s supposed to be simple to use but this is not a good start. it makes me think I’m in for more trouble than it’s worth.
