Sony a5000 connection doesn't work with ASIAIR

Log a ticket for it by going here - https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/ and selecting Product, then select the ASIAIR from the product type drop down, and select DSLR & ML from the concern type.

Enter all the relevant details and submit it.

Once you receive a ticket number - post that ticket number here as well.

I am also using A5000 and cannot connect. Has anyone had success in connecting?

Tech@ZWO Sony A5000. Been using A7III which worked perfectly fine, now i can get A5000 for almost free so I wanna know if it will work

Tech@ZWO Hello, i tried connecting A5000 to asiair but failed. Sent you bug report in ASIAir.
Camera has latest firmware (1.10) but didn't work with 1.00 either. USB mode is PC remote, USB Lan setting is set to 1.
Camera is modified via OpenMemories tweak to disable long exposure noise reduction (it cannot be done in settings with this model). But it didn't work even before this modification.
What's the solution to make it work ASAP please?

maccik I’ve got the same problem on mine, all settings are good but the AA app for iOS doesn’t reconize the DSLR. In wait for a patch…
