I’ve tried to connect both my 700D and 6D to my AsiAir+ the cam itself shows up and I can connect it and it gets it even when I’m changing ISO on the cam
But when I wanna shoot a pic via AsiAir most of the settings are greyed out like exposure
And when I hit shoot it only says „Can’t stop immediately, please wait seconds“
I got all the settings that AsiAir demands, when connecting the cam - I’m a bit clueless about this now
Anyone got a similar problem and can help out?

    Luca0126 Please turn off AEB, long exposure noise reduce, and etc, features.
    BTW, does your imaging train get focus?

        Mostly it says idle, sometimes it says loading in the bottom right but it only loads with 1 kb/s

          Tech@ZWO Is there any way to read a log on the AsiAir? I’ve ordered 2 new usb cables and still got the same problem

              Luca0126 Reinstall the app to try, if it does not work, i add a guide on how to submit the log for your refernece.
