merak You are right. Anyone who can compare first steps with simple visual scopes, then GoTo solution, and what we can reach now thanks to Seestar, greatly appreciates this smart scope.
We know that "proffesional" astrophoto offers much more, however it is unbelivable that with very reasonable money S50 can reach and we can see so many wonderful DSO objects.

Hi zwo, is their any insight on how close the mosaic mode is getting for public release?

My cousin's, neighbor's, sister's old room mate was able to dl the 2.1.0 for Android but can't figure out how to enable mosaic mode. Any help would be appreciated by my cousin's, neighbor's, sister's old room mate.

Hi, I'm sorry, as far as I know, the beta software has some restrictions, and only some testers can install it.
Please wait for a while, the Mosaic mode of Seestar is being tested, I believe it will be updated soon, thank you.

As the beta is already working quiet well I would guess it will take some more weeks for small tweaks till it is ready for the regular release.

xfirf i'll rather wait for the beta testers to report back to zwo instead of rush out a new version. Doing so all the people complaining that it takes forever is most likely going to complain that it doesn't "work" as expected. So after the beta testers are finished i'm going to test this :-) and then its probably going to be changes later on as people report back whats good and what could be better etc. Anyhow the mosaic mode is quite interesting. Maybe its doable to take the "whole" sky with short "exposures" so just get the stars and "the milky way". But also galaxies i'll guess i quite nice to expand the FOV.

I'm not so worried about the mosaic mode at this time, but I wish they would release a version fixing the wifi bug and automatic enhancing. Hopefully before T CrB goes off.

Night Sky You turn it on in the top right corner in viewing mode, then you pick a new object and then you press framing.

Hey @support is there a chance you will add "resume last mosaic-session" to the upcoming mosaic-feature? Would be very handy when taking pictures on more than one night.

Resume last session should be a standard feature, all of the preset data that you enter for the inital session should aready be store on the Seestar S50 when you start the current session, hopefully they dont clear the cache on a shut-down or power loss. Data has to be stored in the NVM (Non Volatile Memory) of the Seestar so in theory be accessible when it's powered back on.

        Hey @support
another feature-request for the mosaic-mode: add the size of the mosaic (1.1-4.0) to the Name on top off the recording-screen e.g. M 31 (Frame 1.5) and also to the foldername.
