Hi,
I'm sometimes getting this error about GPS. I just downloaded new Asiair app on iOS and upgraded firmware and I'm still getting it sometimes. My Phone is iPhone 13 Pro Max, latest iOS.
What could be the issue?

Check these. Make sure the ASIAIR app has the proper "Locations" permissions.

w7ay I do have it set up correctly.
whereisclouds Hi, this issue occurs because your phone is not connected to the internet, so it can't retrieve location data.

PMTeam@ZWO that’s not the case.
After connecting to Asiair wifi, I can still use internet through 4G.
So the issue must be somewhere else.
I’m on iOS beta forgot to mention, but I doubt it could be the issue?
It worked fine most of the time, after upgrading firmware recently I get the error every time.
whereisclouds I recommend that you download v2.2.1 via the app store, and if you still have problems, feel free to give us feedback.

App store only shows latest version of the app, which I have installed.

whereisclouds Hello. First of all I would suggest you to uninstall the beta version and then re-enter the app store to download the latest official version. Please make sure that the location permission and network permission are authorized, if the above problem still exists, you can get the log by long pressing the ASIAIR icon.
