2600 mmpro error download on NINA

Hi i think that this issue appeared in the past to somebody but i have this problem from 2 weeks ago and i don´t fix it. i shoot with my zwo 2600 mmpro and appear error of the driver and cannot download the image. The error is random and it´s happen at the moment when i connect the camera to NINA or in the middle of a session, 4 hours later. Its frustrating that i cannot fix the problem. i tried to download new drivers from zwo. Unistalling and installing NINA. Nothing at all. I check the camera in asiair and it works without issued. At the same in asicap software. i tried with some new cables, and it´s happen again. I tried with my other camera 2600 mcpro, and the same issue. Please what can i do??

jandruss What is the version of NINA, if you connect the camera via ASCOM driver instead of ZWO driver, please let me know the ASCOM version as well.
Also, could you test the two cameras in the latest version ASIStudio to see if the problem appear?
In addition we added a log capture function in ASIStudio, please turn on it and take images in NINA, then send us the SDK log if the problem appear next time. thank you.

Thanks for response. Yes i´m trying to capture with the ascom driver today instead of zwo driver. I will see whats happen. I have the latest version of nina 3.1 hf2 and the ascom driver too. But i checked in 2.6 version of nina and the error goes on.
i will send you the sdk if the problem persist..

By now, the ascom driver runs good. I will try some more 2 days and i will see whats happen...

jandruss OK, the ASI SDK file in NINA V3.1 HF2 should be the latest, if the problem only appears may need the SDK log and NINA log for further analysis, thank you.

Hi again. the problem stills happend. It doesnt care if i use zwo driver or ascom driver. Both fails.

The USB transmission is disconnected during imaging, usually caused by the USB cable, port or power. you can check these first.

Hi again. I tried today with other camera (2600mcpro) and my minipc but the same error. I tried with a zwo power supply to the camera and only usb to the minipc....error appears. I tried then to connect the camera to my laptop with nina too and its happen again. Error to download ....
Whats happen here??? i attached the logo from my other pc

Both cameras works perfect with asiairplus.

And what is the USB cable you used? try a short cable and do not use any hub. thanks.

Hi. i used two cables from zwo , the red ones. One is more shortest than other, but with asiair works fine. I connect the camera to minipc usb port, no hubs indeed.

Maybe need any firmware update for this cameras?

jandruss No new firmware for the cameras.
If the camera work fine on ASIAIR, which means the camera is fine, and according to this situation, the problem is more on the minipc or the power causes the USB transmission to disconnect.
